About CAS

Columbia Ancillary Services is a family owned business that has been in business since 1991, providing quality equipment and services to Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospitals, VA’s, Personal Care Homes and Home Health.

Columbia Ancillary Services started out with 1 store / warehouse in 1991 expanding to several stores / warehouses over the years. Currently, CAS has buildings located in Bloomsburg, Harrisburg, Houtzdale, Erie, Monroeville and Malvern. In addition to this, there are CAS locations in Beckley and Clarksburg WV. CAS spans four States: Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland and New York, providing quality products and services.

Columbia Ancillary has a staff of professionals who thoroughly understand our products and services. The staff includes; licensed nurses, licensed respiratory therapists, home health specialists and manufacturer trained technicians. CAS trans-fills and hydrotests all of their O2 tanks on site. Hydrotesting is part of our safety service and of our commitment to ensure all our tanks meet and surpass the DOT standards.

At CAS our focus is on providing quality products and services in a cost effective manner, providing excellent customer service and building relationships with our customers, many of whom have been with us since our inception, more than 20 years ago.
